I learned Blender incrementally, with small steps, gradually leading me to more complicated steps. I’m still in this process today.
When I first started learning 3D, I started with MagicaVoxel, but I pretty quickly discovered that this wasn’t for me. I wanted something way more powerful. So I tried Cinema4D. That was better, but I decided to switch to Blender after about 3 weeks.
YouTube tutorials have a lot of variety in quality and level of experience required, but they felt disorganized and hard to have a continuous progression path. So I enrolled in Polygon Runway’s course. This is what leveled me up the fastest.

If you’re just starting out, head over to Grant Abbitt’s YouTube channel. In there you’ll find some beginner oriented stuff.
If you’re ok spending some money, have a look at Polygon Runway’s courses.
For a bit more advanced, look at Josh Gambrell’s hard surface tutorials on YouTube. Just know that he likes to use two paid add-ons (Boxcutter and Hardops).

I have a few on my YouTube channel, and right now contemplating making a much more structured set of beginner learning videos.

I started with some random YouTube tutorials, some Skillshare videos, and then a Polygon Runway course. I devoted a lot of time to learning blender. I gave my full effort. A few hours a day. More on weekends.
